Irena is an industry analyst at Fixr.com. She analyzes and looks for visual ways to simplify data. She researches and writes about home improvement and personal finance. For this report she analyzed Fixr.com 2022 flooring trends survey data to present the homeowner's top floor material and style choices, according to the opinions of the experts surveyed.
Methodology
For this report, Fixr.com surveyed 49 top experts in the home improvement industry. Each of the professionals who responded have a wealth of experience and currently work in the building or remodeling fields. In order to compile the trends and associated percentages, we asked them a mix of open-ended and multiple choice questions. All percentages were rounded. In some cases, they were able to select more than one option.
